📦 Order Processing

  • All our products are made to order using Printful’s Print-on-Demand service.

  • Processing time: Typically 2–5 business days before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and product type. Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

🌐 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number of items, and the total package weight. We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to sender, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Email d3xonlineshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll help resolve the issue.

📦 Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and Printful’s production facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers if that happens.

🌍 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
