1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Note: This does not include the 2–5 business days needed for order processing and fulfillment.


2. Where do you ship from?

Our products are made and shipped from Printful’s global fulfillment centers, including the USA, Mexico, Latvia, and others. Your order will be fulfilled at the center closest to your delivery address to reduce delivery time.


3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind since each item is made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at d3xonlineshop@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours to update after the item has been shipped.


5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need to make changes, email us at d3xonlineshop@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.


6. What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately to correct the address. If it has already shipped, we are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.


7. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


8. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping or custom note options, but we hope to add that in the future!


9. Do you offer bulk or team orders?
